[added] Active Area Framework
[added] Active Area Badge Framework (not yet implemented)
[added] Active Area Stress Test (Something interesting is going on near the center fountain in Theed)
[fixed] You no longer attempt to attack your own mount

[Fixed] Powerboost buff is now removed upon death.
[Fixed] Powerboost buff removal will no longer occur when the duration is up after you have cloned.
[Fixed] Meditate state is now removed properly upon incap and death.
[Fixed] @setWeather will no longer crash the server if no weather ID is specified.
[Fixed] @rez'd players now begin regenerating HAM.

[in progress] working on the CREO6 baseline, trying to get the range numbers to show correctly beside MOB's. Might be buggy until fixed.
