UPDATE:

There may be a temporary problem with the LPE server, meaning that downloads and updating might be borking. We've seen this only once before, and it rectifies itself quickly. Hang tight and we'll try to keep you informed.

Do not post about server status. You do it like ten times a day. I'm pretty sure the forum rules are there for a reason, as well as that giant banner at the top of every forum page saying NOVA TEST CENTER: OFFLINE.

Just double click on your character and WOOOILA you are ingame. You don't need magic powder for this. If you ain't in game the server is OFFLINE

I can log in fine, but when it gets to the Select A Character screen, I click on the create a character button, then select the galaxy I would like to be in, but when I do, the Connecting to the Galaxy screen never goes away so I can't move on to the next screen which I'm assuming is to create a character.
Is there any way for me to fix that or what?

The server is down. Check the top of every page for the server status:

If you can't get in then its 99% of the time that the server is down.

Yep... its still down... they just like to tease us and claim its up when its not :p

I log in like normal then when I select a character and try to get into the game it says connecting to galaxy... and wont ever stop trying to connect, same thing with when I try to make a new character:(

And it says ALL servers are up:(
