TC:Nova Downtime 7/11

We have been experience difficulties with the Nova server which is causing TC to crash almost immediately after it is started. So far it has been going on for many hours, and probably will be for many more hours.

These issues seem to be mostly resolved. Thanks for your patience - TC:Nova has returned to standard operation.
