Had doc and ent buffs and was out hitting up a Mutant Rancor. Killed it but got nasty health disease.

The disease wore off and was left with about 30% red bar.

Ran back to town to fix it and noticed that my ctrlC stated I had -1 wounds... didnt think much of it, the doc fixed up the wounds and logged.

Went out [with buffs again] but with the -1 wounds still listed in ctrlC. Died to a SMC about 5 times or so. Finally /quit and relogged after which the next clone took me back to town - with 1/1 health.

As far as I could tell, it has something to do with getting diseased and how the game is registering the actual wounds - possibly only when buffed? I am not sure about that part.
