Bobius' Round Table post there brought tears to my eyes, remembering the day cities when live and rushing to plop our city hall down. That city you refered to didn't happen to be Kintan by chance? I don't know if we were the very first to be founded on Radiant, but definately was one of them

To tell you the truth, I can't remember the name of the first player city we were in. It was on Naboo right outside of Kadaraa. We quickly moved to Lok and I believe that city was called Dark Hope or something of the sort. That's where all the action happened
