GAH. Saberblock is completely divorced from the accuracy of the attack, unlike the other secondary defenses. Ranged is now completely gimped vs. Saberblock. 85% chance for your ranged attack to be ignored.

Is that not how it was Pre-CU? Please state how it was and I'll correct it.
