Exclamation [NOTICE] Why was my account banned?

Hello!

As you know we make attempts to prohibit multiple accounts. Sometimes, folks that are innocent this get caught in the net.

If you are attempting to sign up multiple members in a household, or have found yourself or someone you live with recently banned, please contact us immediately so we can sort through the problem. We regularly address concerns via email.

WHEN YOU EMAIL: Please list all the account names, and clearly outline in legible form what the situation is after having reviewed our policy on the matter.


PLEASE EMAIL US ONLY ONCE, MORE THAN THIS CLOGS THE SHARED ACCOUNT AND WILL ONLY SLOW DOWN THE RESPONSE TIME!


We know this can be confusing and frustrating, however, for our own security, as well as that of our community, we take this necessary and important step. Please be patient as we address your concern.

(note: Please do not ask staff how we apply our security measures or discuss it on the forums, simply email us at the listed address and we will get to your problem asap)

I sent an email for multiple users within the same house.

I haven't gotten any word back and I was just curious if there's anything else I should do.

Last thing we want to do is cause any nuisance for the team!

You only need contact us if your account gets flagged by the system. Our checks are automated, so if you run into a problem simply email us and we'll sort it.

B is pretymuch you try logging on the game with the banned account and a message comes up saying "this account is banned"

thats how you'll know

I've sent an email to the community email concerning an account my wife tried to create this morning. Was just wondering if anyone has been able to check that out for us?

It will take them a couple of days to take any action, they get hundreds of emails every day.
