Its a bug, server is about to be restarted, so that will probably fix it.

well I have to give it to you guys. the server crashes ( which ever it was) and in less then 24 hours there was a post explaining what happened. Its people like you that makes me look forward to the Live version. **** SOE would have put out a generic message " working as intended we are not at fault".
