Update, Wipe and Downtime 09/13/09

I could be wrong but I would think this update is to test the OR or atleast the start of it. If not well then what about the OR?

This is not any part of the OR. The OR is currently undergoing key engine, idl and core3 changes to allow feature developers to get stuck into it.
