You don't shingle the roof before you made sure the walls stand straight.

Nova has served its purpose. Even though some people don't want this to happen and they won't feel happy about it for the moment, it's for the better of Emu development fundamentally.

Greetings OR, come on in and make yourself comfortable.

They're not releasing the game period. They're releasing the code that they want to work on.

It's not about making you and the 7 people on the Nova server at the moment hapy. Fact is that numbers have rapidly declined in preperation for the wipe. Its happening, and has been one of the understood principles of TC:Nova since they wiped it in the first place. When you logged on if you had done ANY reading before hand you would have known that this was and is going to happen.

After last wipe, the wipe that brought the current nova into being, we had reasonably polished professions, but no one could really play properly for the first 3 months because the server was so unstable and could crash at least once an hour some times, the tests we have been doing on nova for the or and the coming tests have and will make these constant crashes very unlikely, ready for when the rest of the professions are ready and working.

Ignore the people like owned101 who clearly just don't get what the Test Center is all about and only care about playing on nova.

This is a great day and a big step forward towards a complete emulator.

Beer for everyone this calls for some serious drinking!

Great news and great work on the progress. I think most will look forward to testing something that gets us closer to a true SunCrusher codebase. Amazing dedication ... and just to add -- I think even the capabilties of the current Nova codebase with what the developers considered unstable / unsupportable long-term was a testament to skills the devs have. Kudos and best of luck on future progress.
