I have.

HOWEVER, with my experience of creating in the Technical World (experience gained through XvTED and XWAED), this type of Building truly takes time, particularly to polish all that you have created (to ensure a quality product; Creating is one thing, but Perfecting is another). Granted STAFF=GOD, but not even a GOD can create the world in a matter of moments; days, maybe, or weeks if Real Life and personal matters interfere too much.
