TC Rev:1317 Artisan Added Surveying now costs 50 mind. Doctor Fixed Bug causing Buff timers to go negative, and not update, resulting in buffs of indefinite length. Database Restructured saving/loading datapad items to work for any item. *note all vehicles will be wiped. Sorry guys and gals but it had to be done  Miscellaneous Fixed group bug Fixed bazaar description bug. Objects and Equipment Added trading datapad items (not waypoints. vehicles, etc) Creature Spawns Fixed Storm Trooper spawn location near theed sp.
