Kay.... so... hypothetically... if one *was* going to tamper with the results in "No's" favor with the sudden flood of votes... why the hell would they stage the final outcome to results that
they'd still lose with? 
Y'know another thing that can lose votes? Database errors. Kind of like the one right as the poll was closed.
