End of Summer Update

im so excited for the OR! but i have a ton of loser questions.
when do player cities come out? when do legit guilds come out? when is the first big wipe? will the updates you put in stay (cuz i heard repairing your vehicle works now but it didnt for me :P)?

but anyway, you guys do a great job and i cant wait to be done with the OR and have a new, fun way to play
