[ACCOUNTS] Bad Password/Acct in Use/Inactive?

Yes, we know many of you are experiencing this. It is caused by a mySQL database error. It will be fixed asap. It is causing NEW USERS to experience a variety of Account related errors over the last two weeks.

Possible errors include: Account Not Activated / Bad Bassword or Account already in Use / Account not Activated.

These errors are on our end, not yours. Thank you for the reports and emails regarding this. As soon as we have a solution or any additional information, it will be posted in this thread. Hang in there.

Making new accounts WILL NOT HELP YOU. They will be auto-banned by the system. Please do not make new accounts.

Every time i have tried to log in i get this problem saying the password is bad.

Have you tried today? And can you confirm that you're 100% certain you're using correct login information, and entering it correctly?

Posting for a friend TDP193, but his issue is with forums. He is unable to confirm his email, it said his email was invalid. Is this issue tied with the others?

well i tried today and it didnt work but now everything is working fine. Sorry lol, i was kinda waiting on it to go away and now it works.

I was having the "Bad Account" problem up till now, i managed to get to the create character screen, however, it simply hangs on "Connecting to Galaxy" I'm assuming this is because the server is down, I tried again and it said: "Cannot create anymore charascters on this server" If it is just cos the server is down, apologies for wasting time.

P.S. Oh yeah! Helluva first post!

"Cannot create anymore characters on this server" is a message you get while server inaccessible. No need to worry, just be patient.

I can not log into the bug reporter, I can log into the forums and the test center fine.
