[Notice] 3/29/10 -Login server down "Password incorrect or account already in use.

Resolved.

The login server is currently offline. There is no known amount of time it will be down.

Symptoms:

Your password/username is reported as incorrect
Your account is already in use
You cannot create more characters

Please be patient, it is being worked on.
