Hm, I was looking at the OP and I just realized that there is a section "Quests" and right below it "Missions." What's the difference? Are quests like the story arcs? I'm only aware of the missions.

Missions = Ones you get from mission terms, usually just one objective.
Quests = Ones you get from NPC's, often a storyline or including more than one task.
