From what I know, it will be full JTL.

To be honest.. i dont think people would mind if the Emu released with only ground content and then JTL added in later.. yea i agree it would be nice. but most people are looking for the original content of the game.. if JTL was mainly what they were focusing on they could still play SWG because its still the same in space now as it was in pre-cu.. hasnt changed much in that aspect, little if none at all.. but i think it will be released with JTL though.
