Quick question: Will cities without the minimum 10 citizens be purged after 24 hrs?

Thats not quite implemented just yet. Only restrictions for city levels.

Hopefully this comes soon, it is hard to tests cities with so many plobbing down as many as they can right after server up

I was a mayor on Wanderhome would like to test it more had no chance to lay a city, time I get on its all full again .

I like wipes. to me it usually means alot of new stuff added or stuff fixed.
