I am assuming that he thinks that the current population limits are wrong and waiting to go back to what they where b4 the last update.

lol normal could be alot of things, we need specific information so we can help you bring_the_rain

Due to the difficulty in getting a large number in cities at this time, we have lowered the citizen requirements for rankings.

The new numbers for testing phase only are as follows

Citizens required for each rank now: Outpost = 2, Village = 5, Township = 10, City = 15, Metropolis = 20

YAY!! Great News...thanks for the update!!

However, The city radius is fubar, rank 3 city is 44m?

Snowtigre 10-14-2010 10:05 AM

Someone might have messed up with the numbers when they coded the Rank 3 advancement.. as 44m instead of the 300m+

Testmule 10-14-2010 10:12 AM

The 44m bug was fixed 5 mins after I posted that message...

It was because I was loading them into a uint8 which has a max value of 255, after which it wraps back around.

300 - 255 = 45 - 1 (for something else, probably sign) = 44 =]

Being cheap on variables is what brought us the Y2K problems ;)

well yes that was half my answer ^^. but i was wondering like when the blue frog will go away and we can grind on profs normaly...although its cool cuz i found out a good profs combo i liked but working to get master anything is better

Ellyssia 10-21-2010 08:10 PM

The Frogs will be on the server as long as they're needed, and no, I can't really be any more specific than that.
