resetted my password.
logged half an hour ago in the game and everthing was ok.

Does anyone know when the accounts that are newer will be able be recreated/retrieved? My husband made his account August 15th and he is looking for the "create acct" thingie and it's disabled. I need him to be able to log on, so he can farm for a NS bicep for me! lol ;)
