Exclamation [NOTICE] Why was my account banned?

Hello!

As you know we make attempts to prohibit multiple accounts. Sometimes, folks that are innocent this get caught in the net.

If you are attempting to sign up multiple members in a household, or have found yourself or someone you live with recently banned, please contact us immediately so we can sort through the problem. We regularly address concerns via email.
