As most have stated, we are here for you devs because together we are a community working toward a common goal each in our way. Things will come when they come and we will be here when you need us to work with it at that time. We are your support team not your customers. Now, with that said I would like to release a transcript of a conversation between a un-named community player and a dev which happened last night on IRC.
DEV: Everything is under control. Situation normal.
PLAYER: What happened?
DEV: Uh...had a slight code malfunction. But, uh, everything's perfectly all right now. We're fine. We're all fine here, now, thank you. How are you?
PLAYER: We're sending a test team in.
DEV: Uh, uh, negative. We have a database leak here now. Give us a few minutes to lock it down. Large leak...very dangerous.
PLAYER: Who is this? What's your forum ID?
*DEV blasts private IRC chat window and it explodes*
DEV(in dev channel): Boring conversation anyway. Ok guys lets rock!
