Sorry for the long downtime.
We've added several new forums, such as a community support forum and a computer help forum, and restructured the old ones to make them much more navigable.
Also, we'd like to welcome Max to the moderation team! He's been a valuable addition to the CSR team, and now will be helping out on the forums as well. Let's all give him a big hand.
