No camps and CH have not been implemented into TC yet. They have not finished crafting completely so for one you can't craft camps yet. All you can do atm crafting wise is craft other crafting devices. But I bet by the next update or 2 they will have crafting bassically done. Also to have the ability to put a camp down the devs have to finish the Height map. But they are working on the Height map atm and will probably be close to finished by next update.
They haven't really started on CH yet so that might be a while.
