Ranger

* Added Ranger "areatrack" skill

Squad Leader

* Changed Rally cooldown and duration slightly

Database

* Fixesd two trainers at 0,0 Naboo as well as fixing the position of all Marksman trainers (indoors and out) and a couple brawler trainers.

Commands System

* Added @MOTD and @setMOTD
* @commands are NOT case sensative anymore (the parameters to the @ commands are still case sensative however)

Crafting System

* Added Added more Crafting professions to the blue frog

Creature AI

* Fixed Creatures, flagged as killers, can deathblow players again.

Miscellaneous

* Added Surrender all skills option at the Blue Frogs
* Fixed Situation where a player could have permanent burst run.
* Fixed Shuttle arrival times
* Fixed Burst run cooldown is now 5 minutes.

Objects and Equipment

* Fixed Mounting a vehicle no longer ends your burst run.
