Sorry error on my part.

Step 3 of the upgrade guide was a bit off, so some people were selecting "No" when it asked to replace SWGEmu.exe

New Step3: (also modified in original post):

Step 3: You're done! The installer will overwrite your old executable (and other files) with the new one. When it asks you if you would like to overwrite "SWGEmu.exe" select YES. For everything else, just select "No". When the installer gets to a patch14, the installer should download it for you. If it prompts you to overwrite patch_14_00.tre because it already exists, you should have the installer overwrite and redownload patch14 for you. There should be no need to change your shortcuts or config files. You may now delete the extracted setup files you downloaded if you wish.
Remember: You want to overwrite your SWGEmu.exe, but you do NOT want to replace your existing patch files. Thats just a waste of time.
