Previously I had a problem with lag in the combat queue. If I was fighting more than one opponent all of my heals and attacks would lag bad (10-15 secs). It was the only lag problems I had.
Today I log on and had one minor hickup after creating my character. After character creation it said the server wasn't online so all that had to be done was hit "exit" to take me back to my login name/password then hit "next". Fixed it and took only a few secs.
After logging in again there was no lag as before except this time there was also no lag when fighting one or multiple opponents. It appears the patch(s) that were implemented fixed the problems I experienced in the past with the lag in the combat queue.
