TC Deadlock 8/31

TC has been deadlocked since about 5:30 pm EST. As most of you know, this means that the status bar on the forums and most elsewhere will be giving inaccurate information until it is back up. Please refer to the topic of #test on IRC for the most accurate and up to date status.
