Update 10/3/2009

Through the night of Saturday October 3 and Sunday October 4, Nova TC was updated a number of times to improve performance and load handling. The following changes were made:

• Database process threading was improved
• Database save timer was changed to 1 hour (temporary measure)
• Clients are now limited to 2 concurrent connections per account
• A number of locks and crashes were fixed
• Connection limit was raised to ~1000

All players should notice much smoother gameplay. With 900 players on line last night, the server experienced no noticeable lag. TheAnswer and the development team deserve many thanks for their hard work on these stability rubix cubes.
