i just tryed it and the missions dont seem to be working

Yes they do.

You have a SWGEmu mission terminal near the Gungan (Blue Frog) in front of the Star port Theed, use that one, and hit refresh button, two missions will appear The Jurassic Peko mission, and The Shaupaut Hunt mission.
