IRC is Back Running - Jan 3, 2011
IRC STATUS January 1, 2011 Communications Department The IRC server has been down since approximately 5:30 pm EST today. We apologize for the outage but the exact problem is still unknown so an ETA for IRC to return is unknown as well. And NO, this has nothing to do with the Year End Update or new site

IRC should be back up and running now. There were some issues with the host, but those have been fixed now.
