Update 7/06/2009

At 7:00AM EST on Monday July 6, Nova TC was taken offline for a regular revision update. The following changes were made:

Numerous Updates to Swordsman skills and a Fencer Animation for Pre-CU accuracy
Added Padded and Ubese armor sets to the bluefrogs
Minor spawn changes around the galaxy
Updated Armor and weapon stats on the bluefrogs to reflect a more accurate 14.1 combat experience
Other minor fixes
