I trained one of the village skill boxes, heightened senses. It cost 0 skill points. I surrendered it and got 2 skill points back, which i was able to use for other skills.

as far as i know the non novice and master boxes of the village skills do cost 1 skill point per box

havnt been on here for a while now
awesome to see how much it has come on since it first set up ages ago

No, 5 isn't complete. 5 just means that it's implemented for testing in the TC. It doesn't have to be complete to be implemented for testing.
