Actually the default settings on the monitor are usually low so that they can boast that they "use less energy".

We will leave the old themes available, and I may work on an alternative theme like this one with brighter colors...

I wish I could get more accurate feedback though. Stuff like:

• What browser, browser version, and operating system are you using.
• Is your brightness/contrast turned all the way up on monitor (usually gamers do this to make graphics look better).
• Is the font color too dark? If it was a little lighter, would you love the theme?

Stuff like this helps me improve the theme, but when people are just like "I don't like it switching back to old one...", I can't really try to improve it.

Personally, I find the lack of super contrast between the colors pleasing to the visual senses. The white backgrounds with black text burned my retinas, but on a generally dark monitor, I can see how it would have a different effect.

If it helps I'm using Opera (newest), and I'm on XP.
I got my contrast and brightness at about 75

I also wasn't a fan of the buttons.

I know you're working your ass off. Not trying to be an ass or anything, just trying to be honest.

However, I did like how it was easier to navigate.

Just one thing, I like to see peoples sigs ... but there are sigs and then there are SIGS

Is there anything I can do to view the sigs smaller? (looking at settings to see what I can find)

agree! Some forums i'm on have a sig size limit. I too like sigs, but some of them are way to big. I guess they are making up for being small in other areas?
