Well, to be honest you have to consider a lot of features have been added after SWG's launch. SWGemu could be released even without JTL, Politician and player cities.

A friend and me coded a little Script wich calculates the "Status of Developement". Using the status reports of this thread.

But his numbers are wrong, he has much as a 4 or 5 when there is still a buttload to do.

Player citys for instance:
The DB isnt populated even, not a single line code for administration (mayor).
No militia, no zoning etc etc.

Structure placement is not = player city.

well maybe there working on something and completing it and then moving onto the other...like preliminary features are nearing completion...then maybe they may work on structures and cities and what not

Do player cities really need to be a big concern or can we just wait for it to be released later like JTL? I mean, we waited for months playing the game without player cities and we had fun. Let the Devs focus on something more important and we'll get the working game out quicker which can be patched later with Player Cities IMO
