Leoelvisia, if your refering to the server currently being down, that's probably due to an update, or some bug fixes.
It's been down for about 17hours or so if I'm not mistaken, so hopefully good things await... it's all about patience.

update of 28 jan 2009 says :
Quests : state 4. and states definition says : 4.Feature is ready to be implemented and is probably in internal testing on private Core3 Servers. Any forcast on when we can get quests on nova?? ps you guys are doing real great job |

Ha, no SWGEmu isn't cancelled.
It's a Test Server, it goes up and down at times due to bugs or things being added. Just sit tight  Welcome to the Emu btw.

Ok, I'm new here, and i know this forum must have been asked this question 1 million and 1 times.......But about 12 people in one of my classes at Ohio University would love to know how this project is going and so would I. And none of us know anything about game coding, or anything like that so I can't form my own opinion. How long (in your opinion), do you think the Final, Full, version will be released (thats the Live server)? I'd be happy to just get a rough estimate, like the month? I was told long ago by someone i know in another MMO that it might be sometime in April of this year at the very least.

SWGEMU... you guys are amazing. I have been watching you guys from the very start. I got laid off recently and joined the 8.7 mil ppl that are jobless and the TC Nova is keeping me sane. I cannot stop thinking about the new server everyone is talking about. I just want to let you know that out of a 24 hour day I play on the server probably 16 hours... I know right. Of course that not including server down times that I want to /cry about. I want to say Thank you x1,000,000 for bringing back something that so many people once loved.
