Every day takes us closer and closer guys.....Great Work.

Hope everyone's finals work out and congrats on the new kidlet Kyle.

I think that the work you are putting in on trying to standardize things will go a LONG way.....especially since standardized calls will allow for much easier creation of additions....like say all the stuff for JTL for example

Great foresight!

Sounds great guys...the dynamic/event missions presents a lot of possibilities. Looking forward to it. As always, thanks for your time and effort.

All forward motion is progress.
There are a lot of really exciting patches on the very near horizon and it seems some of us are getting a bit impatient. (Understandably so, but...)

The way I look at this project is simple.
Most of the fundamental laws of physics apply to a lot more than they let on.

The first law of SWGEmu...

- A project in motion tends to stay in motion.
...As long as forward motion doesn't stall I shall not worry.

I truly see this one as a unified theory, it encompasses and is affected by all things...

- All things are relative to the perspective of the observer.

The way we look at anything greatly affects they way these things affect our perspective, once perspective is skewed the things we see are skewed which leads to the real dark side.

The 3rd law of SWGEmu...

- For every action there is a reaction.
...our actions or reactions can and will affect the way others see things and react to them.

I know it can be difficult at times but through thick and thin we should all keep in mind the even the smallest part can greatly affect the greater whole and we need to do what we can to keep this project moving forward rather than undermining it.

It's natural to have to refine portions of the code. No development team, either in the business or community (like us), writes something once and doesn't ever have to revisit it to make it better.

Also, afro child:
I think you have been spoiled with the expectation of mind-blowing updates every 2 weeks. BiWeeklys are regular updates where we present what has been going on with the project. They are NOT updates built as parties thrown every fortnight. Before regular updates, we only posted something in Announcements when there was a major breakthrough - which at one point in time was a YEAR gap (zone: see history page). The community complained that we were not informing non-developers about what is going on which is why we turned to this format.

Good job guys, I feel for you devs with the whole time issue thing going on, I know exactly how you feel. I've been trying to get some coding in myself to submit, but between a 2 and 5 year old, house chores, trying to get financed and to get grants for building a new home, I just haven't had the time I had been hoping I'd have.

I'm probably gonna hold off on writing anything further until after the object revamp, I don't want to get to involved in anything if I'm gonna end up having to rewrite it a week or two from now lol.

Awesome as always, devs
