[TC UPDATE] Friends List and Item Placement

Hi Everyone

As Farmer John updated Core3 with improved Friends List code and brand new Item Placement and Dropping, some minor changes have been made to the Test Centre.

Firstly, all friends lists have been wiped and will now be empty.
Secondly, item placement is currently working in all buildings. You can drop something in any building, anywhere. That also means, consequently, that anyone can pick anything up from any building. If you treasure your items, don't leave them lying around.
Thirdly, Backpacks are now fully functional! They can be picked up from the blue frogs. Some objects, however, may get stuck inside them. I advise people to not put anything you value inside them. T21's are especially notorious for this.
