[LPE Issues] 11/19/2009

Update: The issue is now resolved. Thank you for your patience.

Hi folks,

LPE is having some issues communicating to its host server at the moment. During this time LPE will run extremely slow and may even remove or corrupt files needed by the client. For the time being I would recommend launching the game from the swgemu.exe file located in the Swgemu directory.

If you are just installing and you probably are LPE cant update your SWGEmu installation due to server issues. You'll just have to wait until its resolved.

That's probably it, you can try to download them yourself but i wouldn't recommend it.

Since LPE is corrupting and deleting the files from your SWGEmu folder, i think everyone should be advised to refrain from using LPE and try to use SWGEmu.exe (if it still exists in their C:\SWGEmu folders) and that way get in game without losing their files.

Aaaaarrgghhhh!

I suppose you could add me to the list of those who cannot find an exe file in the proper folder. Guess that means a reinstall this afternoon if I can remember how to do that.

I would wait that reinstall until LPE issues are resolved.
