[Notice] Using fireworks

Hey Folks,

We've become aware of a bug that allows users to harass the test center with Fireworks, I'm not going to dive into details here on how to recreate it, but instead to warn you not to use it.

It hurts everyone, and your efforts seriously under-mind the vast amount of work that is being put into this. We'll fix the bug, and in the mean time anyone caught exploiting this bug to harass other players or the test center in general will be dealt with accordingly.

Thanks!

Seaseme

Go get 'em!

And good luck with the bug, though, is there any way I can get in touch with a dev quickly if I catch someone exploiting the bug? Like, finding any online devs so I can /tell them. I tend to move around a lot, so if I find someone doing that, I want to be sure what to do.

There is usually someone in IRC. In my experience, if you want quick results, IRC is the way to go.

Please don't contact Developers with such issues. Their concern is the development of the game.

Rather, contact a CSR, Seaseme or PhantomLeader, or better yet put in a support ticket regarding harassment. Screenshots are nice too. CSR's have "CSR" as their title on the test centre.

#swgemusupport is attended to almost 24/7 if you want to use our IRC service.
Our forum PM inboxes are also regularly checked.

Finally, you can also email us.
phantomleader@swgemu.com , ekaika@swgemu.com , max@swgemu.com and kellina@swgemu.com are all appropriate addresses.

Thank you! Have a good (lag free) day!

I don't know about you all, but I love Max.

In the most appropriate way, of course..

Thanks for the responses, especially you Max.

So a screenshot and a ticket, and a CSR if need be. Not a dev. Got it.
Thanks!
