That would be a negative my good friend.
The blue frogs were on SOE's TC in order for the testers to gain and do everything in the game within mere minutes instead of days or weeks of grinding. I always thought they looked a bit odd

, and they were an effective tool for those of us that went on to test some of the updates they announced were available on TC, prior to SOE pushing the update live.
