Thanks For the link. It looks like an amazing amount of work has been completed.
I agree about being ready when it is ready.
It would be better to have a stable universe very close to precu rather than a half ass release. My feelings are i hate the wait, but it is a necessity and worth it.
As soon as the TC is back up I'm going to log in and try to break it.

You can look back over the pages of this thread and see the progress of the community over the last 6 months. Look at page 60, and compare it to page 74. That's progress. Sure, this thread is meant to be about development progress, but I think you all agree that the community is just as important.

Good work, I havent checked the status of your guys project for a year now. Been busy with school, but it seems like the project progress has sky rocketed.

a year of school? even through summer? hm odd

ive only been following for about 2 months and the speed ive seen is impressive compared to other programming jobs i've worked with

there is definately a good team on this

and also to that 81% complete thing i saw a while back
yes that calculation is correct in the sense of implementing the stuff BUT that in no way represents the process of completeing the game as a whole. implementing is just one step. unfortunately for us, its the testing that will consume hours and hours of work with balancing and whatnot. it's very fine work to get done exactly right and im sure it will take the devs many days and much caffeine to get everything near identical to preCU

I've known about this for awhile now, maybe a year, but I have really been following it over the summer, and wow progress has been made! All that's left (well almost) are player cities, factions, and jtl. This is going to be epic, keep up the good work!

I have a question, I searched but found nothing in this thread about...Droids.

I see they do not have a seperate category of their own, is that because Droids and everything about them fall under a number of different categories?

Or are Droids (player controlled) due to be integrated into the game after SWGEmu 1.0 similar to JTL?

Not complaining, I love what you guys and gals have done so far...just insanely curious about me Droids.

If I remember correctly. Droids didn't have anything to do with CH. Anyone could have a droid there all had different mods, Medical, Crafting, battle, storage. Some were use for advertising move bill boards (spamming at all the star ports) . The big ones were storage droids Data pads full of pets, Probot (battle droids) with the nice armor when they first came out great for leveling and a shield. Last but not least were the medical bots. I sure there were others.

I missed the conversation but Droids were made by Droid Engineer's.
