I have not been here in some time.

This project is moving very well isn't it. I'm extremely happy. I can't wait until we're all able to play the game we really cared about again. =)

When I started SWG in Sept 2003, money was tight. I was grinding artisan and spent most of my play time doing those delivery missions between Mos Eisley and Anchorhead just to scrape together the 10-15k I needed to keep my personal mineral extractors running for another day.

Now that I know how to play, it won't be as hard to make money. I'll just join a large hunting party and do missions to support my crafting. Also I expect to start with two toons this time so I can invest in combat skills with my primary and give the money from missions to my secondary.

It won't be the same start as the first time since we know how to play, but it'll still be great.

Sigh, lack of updates is making me sad.... the emulator is taking so much time that sometimes I feel we'll never see a complete server up and running

i disagree, i think theyve made amazing progress considering they are doing this around their daily routines.

Someone needs to get their super-rich uncle to fund the project (give the Devs full-time jobs) so the Devs can work on it 40 hours per week.
