Fantastic to know we are getting some exposure. :)

Also, via StumbleUpon, I thumbs up'd the review on CrunchGear, and reviewed it. I have done the same for SWGEmu.com in the past as well.

Sorry I couldn't digg it - it was full of conjecture and even a few 'wide' truths (in my opinion) and even an untruth.

I've helped ( as much as I can ) this community with data collection but some things said there were just not quite right. Were you guys misinterpreted or was it the in-between bits written by the author that made me think this? - I don't know.

So you have no problems helping us with data collection... But you can't even digg an article to help give us more attention?

I've just read it again, and would like you to site examples of what you are claiming.

Seaseme

he can think what he wants.. shrug. He posts stuff to get a reaction from people, just ignore him and he'll go away.

Ekaika
12-02-2008, 06:27 PM
It's always been obvious throughout the years, that a lot of people like to post dissenting and even confrontational posts in great threads simply to provoke the community. They do this, so that they can then point the finger at how "immature" the "fanboiz" here are. So just remember to not overreact.

Now did I misinterpret or was it the in-between bits written by the poster that made me think this? - I don't know.

corbaer
12-02-2008, 06:56 PM
I'm surprised if my response was considered an over-reaction, or anything more than a request for elaboration. I have no idea if the poster I was quoting has a rep as a troll around here, was just asking him to cite examples to his claims (false, misguided, or otherwise).

Ekaika
12-02-2008, 06:58 PM
No not at all. I was just being proactive. Not directed at you.

At least you're consistent. I always smile at your illogical posts in the other communities' forums.

Sorry - didn't mean to be confusing. I didn't think the article put SWGEmu in as good a light as I think it deserves.

Still, if it's interpreted well by most people all for the good :)

I wish SWGEmu well with the stress test and I'm sure a huge number will be able to take part :)

Is that all you've got SWGEmu? This article has only been dugg 80 times. We seem to be lacking about 420 diggs. If you haven't already, you really should digg that article. I signed up for an account on digg just for this article.

Never heard of that site, but w/e. This is great to get more people online, the game has come a long way since the first time we could zone in and just wander around. The development is making huge strides of late, with the addition of some very very talented devs.

In summation; the game is actually quite playable. So if you are a lurker, INSTALL SWG and come check it out. It's far from complete, but it is still playable and there is alot to do/test.

Come one, come all. History in the making.
