This issue has been resolved and is no longer current!

Hi All,

The LPE seems to be out of commission at the moment (since 10/30/09), and persists in corrupting files and deleting others.

Sit tight, we'll try and get it worked out by mid morning.

Try a full repair from the launcher. That's what worked for me.

Full repair did not work. Full scan did not work. Can't launche from .exe because there is no swgemu.exe anywhere on my hard drive.

What can I do?

First try to uninstall LPE and clean your registry completely. Download LPE again i posted a link in my sig.

Try to install it again. Run it as Administrator (disable UAC- User Account Control from Control Panel if you are running Vista or Win 7) or...

After you install and run LPE it should update your SWGEmu installation and download missing files.

Try all that and let me know what happens.

Hi folks,

LPE is having some issues communicating to its host server at the moment. During this time LPE will run extremely slow and may even remove or corrupt files needed by the client. For the time being I would recommend launching the game from the swgemu.exe file located in the Swgemu directory.
