No I'm sorry you are wrong. Only part of the client was made by the devs like swgemu.exe. But TRE files which store all the animations/meshes were not made by the devs. I remember b4 launchpad came out we had to download the patches directly from the SOE forums. So I'm pretty sure they did not remake the TRE files.
