Do you have a current installation of the Live version of SWG? I ran into this problem the other day. My wife installed the Live version over the top of the emu without realizing it cuz she re-activated her account.

No i did a clean install from discs then put the emu, but someone helped me already so no need to worry lol i needed to apply a ui file of some kind.
